Leasing Information

Bromsgrove Apartments are convenient student living apartment rentals nestled in the historic Dearing neighborhood and located minutes from the University of Georgia campus. The following information will assist you with renting an apartment at Bromsgrove.

How do I rent an apartment at Bromsgrove?

Call the Bromsgrove Apartments office to make an appointment for viewing an apartment. The apartment manager will be able to answer any questions you have as well as let you know what the current availability is.
Fill out the RENTAL AND CREDIT APPLICATION (pdf) form and either FAX it to (706) 223-0013 or return it to the leasing office onsite along with a $50.00 per person nonrefundable application fee. We do a credit history check and criminal history check on all tenants and co-signers.

Bromsgrove Apartments will be leased to approved applicants on a first come, first serve basis. Tenants may apply alone or with a co-signer on the credit application. Once your credit application has been approved, management will notify you that your application was approved and set up an appointment for you (and your co-signer if applicable) to sign the lease and pay the holding fee. The holding fee reserves an apartment for you for the agreed upon lease beginning date.

The holding fee is equal to the monthly rental rate and rolls over as the security deposit at the beginning of the lease according to the terms stated in the lease.

How and when do I pay rent installments?

The first monthly installment is due on the first day of August and on the 1st day of each month thereafter. A 10% late fee is charged if the total installment due is not received in the management office by the 3rd of each month. Make checks or money orders payable to Bromsgrove Apartments. Semi-annual payments are due on August 1st and February 1st. Annual payments are due August 1st.
